RETURN POLICY
We have a full 07-day return guarantee. To be eligible for returns, your item must not have been used and must be in the original condition in which you received it. Please note that we do not accept returns of handmade items because they are made on order.
EXCHANGE
If one needs to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions.

Make sure that your items are not worn or washed before (besides trying on).

Make sure to include details on the correct size needed to be sent back.

You have 07 days to exchange your item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or of the wrong size. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at aarniyafashiongalore@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9731514914 and we'll guide you through the process.

In case you received a wrong or defected item due to our mistake, we will pay full amount for your shipping.
REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for refunds, products must not have been used and must be in the original condition in which it was received along with the original packaging.

AARNIYAFASHIONGALORE holds the right to inspect the returned products. Upon satisfaction will send the acknowledgement of the returned product and notify the status to customer that whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Once approved refund will be processed and will be issued to you in the form of a coupon within a certain amount of days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and Rs. 150 service charges will be deducted from the total amount you paid.

Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
